Quality Assurance

Our Quality Controllers/Field Inspectors are the "eyes and ears" of its merchandising counterparts. All our Quality Control Personnel are very experienced and well versed with the AQL standards or equivalent thereof. Some of our controls include:

	Sample appraisal - Calling for approval sample prior to production and verifying against contract sample.
	Factory evaluations.
	Identify and pre-production problems during placement.
	Analyze quality data and correlate results with Buyer's audits.
	In-house laboratory testing and match against local testing data.
	Online inspection is done when the production commences.
	Final and pre-shipment inspection when the goods are ready to shipment
	Maintain accurate product details and record.
